Schedule
CrossFit Group Class:
CrossFit workouts are done in a group setting ranging from 2 to 10+ participants. When you come in for a class expect the following: warm-up (10-15 min), strength training component (20-25 min) and a CrossFit metabolic conditioning workout (20-25 min). Our workouts can be scaled to accommodate all levels of physical ability. You will be motivated and pushed to your physical limits by our coaches and other CrossFit Golden athletes.
