CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is CrossFit geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids!

The CrossFit Golden Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every day with a focus on FUN. Our program teaches children to love fitness by making fitness fun Each child is instructed at his to her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward every class.

CrossFit Golden Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.

Our CrossFit Kids classes cover ages 5 to 12 and includes a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout, and every class finishes with a game. Each class lasts approximately 45 minutes long.

Cost is $5 a kid per class

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens (ages 12 & up) participate in our adult CrossFit workouts with an emphasis on body-weight and gymnastics movements, as well as weightlifting technique. Teens develop the full-body strength, mobility, lateral stabilization muscles and explosive power to improve athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury.
