Rest 45 seconds between legs, 45 before moving on
Strict Pull-Up (5 reps @ 21X0)
Pronated Grip (Palms away)
Rest 45 seconds
Add comments in WODify if bands/modifications are used

75 Double Unders
50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
25 Burpees
50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
75 Double Unders

DU Modification- 150 Single-Unders
Wall Balls should be done in no more than 3-4 sets each round
