• A huge congrats to our very own Ben Smiley for competing in USA Weightlifting’s University Nationals in Louisiana yesterday! He hit a 194kg Total and placed 4th in his session. We’re so proud of you, Ben!
• This Saturday (9.24.16) there will be almost TEN women from CFG competing in one of the most fun CrossFit Competitions of the year, Girls Gone Rx! The event runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and is being held at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City (6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO, 80022). If you have some time, head out and cheer on our girls, and a great cause!
